Program Name: Kingdom Lifestyle Academy (“Program”)

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in this Program, you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your full acceptance and agreement.

2. Program Description

Rise From The Ashes is a 8-week Christian coaching program including:

• 8 private 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom (1 hour each)

• 8 prerecorded teaching modules

• Monday–Friday access via WhatsApp (9am–5pm EST) for prayer, support, and mentorship

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this Program, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that coaching is a co-creative process and results are dependent on your participation and commitment.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, failure to participate, or dissatisfaction after the program has started.

4. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay the total amount of $[1997] either in full or through a monthly payment plan (as selected at checkout or on the application call). All payments must be completed before the final session is delivered.

Late payments are subject to a $25 fee after a 3-day grace period.

5. Rescheduling & Session Attendance

Client must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a 1:1 coaching session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session. No-shows are not rescheduled.

6. Confidentiality

All private sessions are confidential unless Client consents otherwise or disclosure is required by law (e.g., if someone is in danger). WhatsApp communication is not guaranteed to be private and should be used for informal support only.

7. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being during and after the Program. This Program is not therapy, mental health counseling, or medical care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, workbooks, and coaching frameworks are the sole property of Kingdom Lifestyle Academy. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without express permission.

9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results. Your transformation depends on your willingness, effort, and faith. By joining this Program, you agree to fully release and hold harmless the Coach from any liability related to your participation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
